Italy: reasons for choosing a restaurant in 2017
This statistic illustrates the most popular reasons why Italians choose to eat in restaurants in 2017. According to the study results, Italian customers pay the most attention to the food quality and the price (77 and 73 percent of respondents, respectively) when choosing a place to eat out, followed by the restaurant cleanliness (62 percent of respondents). Location, friendliness of the staff and atmosphere are other decisive factors.
