This statistic illustrates the market revenue of the main Internet advertising types in Italy in 2016. According to the study results, the vast majority of revenues were earned through display advertising (almost 1.4 billion euros). Search advertising was the second most profitable type of online advertising (730 million euros), followed by classified advertising (200 million euros) and native and e-mail advertising.
