The statistic displays the opinions on yoga from Dutch individuals in the Netherlands in 2016. As of 2016. Approximately 60 percent of the respondents were of the opinion that yoga brings down stress, whereas roughly the same percentage said yoga is healthy for you. Approximately 25 percent of the respondents were of the opinion yoga is for flexible people and the least said it yoga is meant for skinny people.
