This graph illustrates the last purchase of luxury goods made by Brazilian, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, British and American consumers in 2013, by product category. The last luxury purchase of 24 percent of respondents belonged to the bag and handbag category. The survey from fall 2013 also shows that for less than 13 percent of interviewees the last luxury product bought was a jewelry article
