This statistic displays the share of municipalities using communication channels with users in Umbria in Italy in 2015, by type. Municipalities use communication Technologies (ICT's) and other web-based telecommunication technologies as SMS, Web TV and call centers to communicate with citizens.
During the survey period, it was found that 16.3 percent of the municipalities located in the Italian region of Umbria used, as alternative tool to the web site, call centers to keep their relationship with citizens.
