Reasons for regretted health decisions among U.S. employees 2018-2020
In 2020, among employees who said they have regretted a healthcare decision that led to getting the wrong care or paying more than necessary, a third said it was due to them jumping into treatment without asking the right questions. This was the most common reason in all the years reported. This statistic illustrates the percentage of employees with select reasons for making health decisions they regretted in the United States from 2018 to 2020.
