Reasons for using depilatory products among women in the UK 2017, by age
This statistic shows the results of 2017 survey in which female respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked why they usually use depilatory products, such as shaving creams and depilatory creams. The most common explanation for using depilatories among women of all ages is to take care of themselves. Among those surveyed, 62 percent of 18 to 29 year olds cited this a reason for their depilatory product use, as well as 66 percent of 30 to 59 year olds and 78 percent of those aged 60 years and older.
