This statistic illustrates the findings of a survey on the user honesty in self-presentation on a dating profile in the United Kingdom (UK) in June 2017. During the survey period it was found, that 66 percent of responding current users of online dating services reported, that they always presented themselves truthfully on their profile. Additionally, during a survey conducted in the United States it was found, that 50 percent of polled adult dating website or app users reported, that they always presented themselves truthfully.
