Reasons for using body care products among women in the UK 2017, by age
This statistic shows the results of 2017 survey in which female respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked why they usually use body care products, broken down by age group. The most common explanation for using body care among women of all ages is to take care of themselves. Among those surveyed, 79 percent of both 18 to 29 year olds and 30 to 59 year olds cited this a reason for their body care use, as well as 89 percent of those aged 60 years and older.
