This statistic illustrates findings of a survey on the share of individuals who are current or past users of Ashley Madison in the United Kingdom (UK) in June 2017, by marital status. Ashley Madison is an adult dating site that provides services to male and female users who seek short-term sexual encounters over the internet. During the survey period it was found, that one percent of responding singles reported that they were current users. Furthermore, 95 percent of surveyed married individuals stated that they had never used Ashley Madison. Additionally, Ashley Madison ranked first in terms of adult dating site or app awareness in the United Kingdom, with 24 percent of surveyed individuals who reported that they knew it at least by name.
