This statistic shows the opinions of the adult Italian population concerning the perceived difficulty of the high school leaving examination in 2017. According to the study results, almost half of respondents (47 percent) thought that the examination had been more challenging at the time they had to sit it. By contrast, less than a fifth of the interviewees believed that it was more difficult nowadays.
