The highest share of respondents, which corresponded to 59 percent, stated that they would purchase a new smartphone if their older smartphone/cellphone broke down. Some respondents, on the other hand, do not want to buy a smartphone, and there were many reasons for that. The most important reasons for not buying a new smartphone were the price and the contract rates.
