Italy: frequency of beer consumption as of May 2016, by gender
This statistic shows the frequency of beer consumption in Italy as of May 2016, broken down by gender. Frequent drinkers are individuals who consume beer at least one day per week, occasional drinkers are those ones who consume beer less than one day per week, whereas rejectors are individuals who do not consume beer at all. As of the survey period, the share of female beer occasional drinkers was about 34 percent whereas that of males was about 13 percent.
