Number of Bouygues Telecom mobile subscribers Q1 2016-Q2 2019

Between 2016 and 2019, the French mobile network operator and internet provider Bouygues Telecom gradually increased its mobile consumer customer base. In the second quarter of 2019, Bouygues Telecom had a total of more than 17 million mobile customers.

  Although mobile customers of Bouygues Telecom seemed to be mainly flat rate customers in general, this type of mobile telephony offer has clearly been attracting more customers than prepaid subscriptions: between 2012 and 2017, the flat rate customer base has increased by over 4 million, while there were more than one million less prepaid customers. In addition to this, the number of subscriptions to Bouygues Telecom’s fixed telephony services has also grown from about two million in 2012 to almost 3.7 million in 2018.  

Bouygues Telecom contribution to the Bouygues Group’s revenue

  The turnover of Bouygues Telecom contributed up to 5.3 billion euros to the total revenue of the Bouygues Group in 2018. However, the biggest contributions to the French industrial group were realized by the construction subsidiaries Bouygues Construction and Colas (same). More generally, the worldwide revenue of the Bouygues Group amounted to over 35 billion euros as of 2018.
