This statistic shows the share of selected major companies using online customer service features in Norway in 2020, by type of feature. In that year, online customer profiles were a commonly utilized feature among the surveyed companies, 97 percent of the companies having them on their website. 63 percent of companies also used a real-time chat service. Call-back services were more seldom used by businesses in Norway.
