Italy: women's New Year' resolutions 2015
This statistic shows some goals that featured among the New Year's resolutions for 2015 of Italian women aged between 18 and 64. Fitness and nutrition habits were the most popular ones: one in four respondents declared that they had set themselves the goal of following a healthy and balanced diet, while 23 percent of respondents had been interested in losing weight and maintaining it throughout 2015. Nearly a third of the interviewed women had not set themselves any New Year's resolution.
