The statistic displays the results of a survey on popular alternatives to coffee or coffee drinks in Norway in 2017. That year, 53 percent of the respondents stated to drink soda instead of coffee when being with others who drink coffee. 46 percent of the respondents prefer tea instead of coffee and one percent more decided to drink water with or without carbonate. Only one percent stated to simply drink nothing while their companions are having a cup of coffee.
