During a 2019 survey carried out among marketers from across the globe, 68 percent of respondents stated they were planning come up up with more creative uses of behavioral triggers in their email marketing activities in the 12 months following the survey; 25 percent of the respondents reported that they were going to use artificial intelligence to innovate their email marketing.
