Attractive cities for property investment for European investors 2017

This statistics illustrates the most attractive cities for real estate investments according to European property investors as of 2017. Responses are from the EMEA investor intentions survey, which provides a comprehensive look into the intentions and trends in the real estate investment sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It can be seen that London was the most attractive city for investment, for 17 percent of surveyed investors, ahead of Berlin (15.8 percent) and Madrid (8.4 percent). Amsterdam and Paris rounded out the top five most attractive cities at that time, with a share of 7.3 percent and 5.4 percent respectively.
