The import price index (IPI) on contract currency base for metals and related products in Japan reached 127.11 points. The contract currency based IPI for metal products increased by 27.11 points compared to the base year 2020. The highest import price level for metals in the surveyed period was in 2021, with an IPI of 141.34.
