This statistic shows the acceptance of asylum seekers with selected backgrounds in Denmark in 2015. The backgrounds were split by gender, country of origin, age and language skills. In the survey period, the willingness of accepting asylum seekers who were male was very low, with -5.4 percentage points. There was also a high aversion against refugees who are older than 62 years. Also, the willingness to accept an asylum seeker sinks when he doesn't speak Danish. The country of origin with highest acceptance was Iraq, with 1.2 percentage points.
