Focus areas for IoHT investment to benefit operations U.S. 2016

This statistic shows focus areas in internet of health things (IoHT) investments to benefit operations in U.S., according to a survey conducted among health care providers and payers between 29th January 2016 and 16th February 2016. Some 73 percent of the payer respondents and 64 percent of the provider respondents said that their organizations are focusing on investments in patient experience/member services (e.g., way finding, scheduling, accessing, navigating, hospital resources, better service, shorter queue wait) to benefit operations.
