Survey on important duties in communications management in Finland 2017

This statistic shows the result of a survey on important duties in communications management in Finland in 2017. According to 50 percent of the respondents working in communications management, their most important duty was engaging external and internal stakeholders. The next most often mentioned duties included taking care of the organization's intellectual capital, trust and reputation as well as understanding the business and being able to communicate proficiently between different departments. Helping the organization to detect and prevent threats (cyber security, fake news, propaganda, etc.) was the least important task.
