From 2005 to 2022, the number of undergraduate students enrolled in universities and other higher education institutions in Brazil has increased. In 2022, more than 9.4 million undergraduate students were enrolled in Brazilian universities, up from 4.6 million students in 2005. Brazil's population amounted to more than 204 million people in 2022.
