Export value of cocoa and cocoa products from Mexico to G7 2012-2018

Exports of cocoa and cocoa products from Mexico to the G7 countries in 2018 attained a value of more than 572 million U.S. dollars. This represents a decrease of 8.6 percent in comparison to the previous year, when exports reached 626 million dollars, the highest value recorded in recent years. By 2030, it was estimated that Mexican cocoa production would reach a volume of more than 47 million tons.
