This statistic shows the results of a survey on the ingredients in food that cause the most worry among consumers in Finland in 2017. Additives caused the most worry in Finland. 17 percent of the respondents worried about ingredients in food products stated that they were worried about additives. The ingredient causing the second most worry was sugar, with 15 percent of respondents being worried about the ingredient in their food products. E-numbers caused worry for more than ten percent of the responding Finns. In 2017, more than 45 percent of the Finnish consumers were worried about the ingredients in the food products that they buy.
