Barriers to practice sports for Spaniards 2022
Lack of time was the most cited reason by Spanish respondents to not engage in any sports activity, according to a 2022 survey. Meanwhile, nearly two in ten Spaniards survey that year reported not having any interest in working out. For another 5.2 percent of respondents in the European country, not having someone with whom to exercise was the main reason not to do it.
