Most practiced sports in Spain 2022, by frequency

In 2022, high-impact aerobic exercise was the most popular sports among people who exercised regulary in Spain. In that year, around one quarter of respondents participated in such sport at least once a week. When asked about monthly training, the share went up slightly. Hiking and mountaineering was in the second place of the ranking that year.
