This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in the United States in March 2017, by community. U.S. adults were asked if they could imagine using apps for self-diagnosis. In total, 6 percent of city and suburban respondents indicated that they regularly use apps for self-diagnosis, compared to 8 percent of those in rural communities.
