Mental Health Treatment/Counseling is defined as having received inpatient treatment/counseling or outpatient treatment/counseling or having used prescription medication for problems with emotions, nerves, or mental health. Respondents were not to include treatment for drug or alcohol use. Respondents with unknown treatment/counseling information were excluded. * Due to methodological changes in 2021 and 2022, caution should be used when comparing figures for 2022 with previous years. Please see the source for further information on the methodology.
