Leading reasons to consider buying an electric car in the Netherlands 2019
As of 2019, 75 percent of the respondents said a reason to purchase an electric car is that such cars are good for the environment, whereas a little less than 45 said that it is cheaper in use. Roughly twenty percent of the respondents stated that their reason for buying an electric car is because they like new things.
