A survey, conducted for the Eurobarometer in the end of 2024, regarding the frequency of online television usage, found that 17 percent of the Portuguese population watch television via the internet every day or almost every day. Around three percent of the media consumers watch online TV two or three times a month, and 63 percent of respondents in Portugal never use the internet to watch television.
