The source adds the following information: "Upon emergence from bankruptcy, we adopted fresh start accounting in accordance with ASC 852, Reorganizations. Under fresh start accounting rules that apply to us upon the Effective Date, our assets and liabilities have been adjusted to fair value and our accumulated deficit has been restated to zero. In addition, we have adopted certain accounting policy changes as part of fresh start accounting and such policies could result in material changes to our financial reporting and results."
