This statistic shows the reach of viewing eSports and video gaming online in Sweden in 4th quarter 2015 and 4th quarter 2016, by channel. Esports denotes the sports competition between people by means of video games. In 4th quarter 2016, the reach of YouTube was 88 percent in Sweden among the respondents, up from 80 percent as of 4th quarter 2015. During the survey period in 2016, 43 percent of individuals interviewed used the video platform Twitch for viewing eSports, and only 5 percent watched these events on other platforms.
