About 13.5 percent of females that were surveyed said that they would not seek sexual health services, while 12 percent of male respondents indicated they would not seek services. Confidentiality concerns are a common reason why youth chose not to seek care for sexual or reproductive health services.

intercourse, oral sex, or anal sex, with an opposite-sex or same-sex partner in
their lifetime.
For respondents aged 18–25 years, this question was only asked if they were
on a parent’s private health insurance plan.
