**SSC: Shared Services Centers - captive SSCs operating within one corporation and providing services to corporate branches across a specific region (Europe, EMEA, global) mainly in the following areas: finance and accounting (F&A), HR, procurement, IT support, marketing, internal clients’ needs. This category additionally includes operations centers facing corporate clients indirectly and directly (mid-office and front desk functions).
