When asked about their latest offline purchase (excluding food and groceries) in 2020, the number one reason why consumers in Sweden had chosen to make a purchase in a physical outlet compared to online related to patience: nearly one in four Swedish shoppers had no desire to wait for delivery and thus had bought the desired item in a physical store. Additionally, about one in ten Swedes stated that there were no suitable delivery options for them.
