As per the results of a 2017 survey on the most popular methods of watching TV and movies in India, 48 percent of the respondents stated that they usually watched tv shows and movies at home on a mobile device. However, 94 percent of the respondents watched tv shows and movies at home on their televisions during the surveyed time period.
