Projected public expenditure on healthcare as a share of GDP in Poland 2009-2031
On August 11, 2021, the Polish Parliament passed a law according to which every year the state budget is to allocate funds for financing health care in the amount of no less than seven percent of GDP, with no less than 5.30 percent of GDP in 2021 and 5.75 percent of GDP in 2022. Furthermore, health spending at seven percent of GDP is to remain until 2031.
