This statistic shows the number of times adults with gastrointestinal problems in the U.S. went to a doctor for treatment for their gastrointestinal problems in the past year, as of February 2017, by age. It was found that, 30 percent of respondents aged 31 to 45 years had up to five treatments with a doctor for their gastrointestinal problems.
