This statistic shows the number of times adults in the U.S. with back pain went to a doctor for treatment for their back pain in the last 12 months, as of 2017, by gender. It was found that 61 percent of female respondents did not seek treatment from a doctor for their back pain in the past year, compared to 50 percent of male respondents.
