BasicNet Group: revenues 2018-2023
In 2023, the consolidated revenues of the Italian fashion company BasicNet Group amounted to about 397 million euros. Compared to the previous year, this figure represents an increase of 2.7 percent. In the same year, the value of commercial licensee sales for the group added up to roughly 820 million euros. Among others, the company controls the brands Superga, Kapa, K-Way, and Robe di Kappa.
BasicNet Group
Founded in 1995 in Turin, the group is active in the sector of branded leisurewear and sportswear, footwear and accessories with a collection of well-known registered trademarks. Thanks to the acquisition of several brands through the course of the year, BasicNet Group was able to expand its revenues and registered increasing net profits during the period from 2013 to 2023, when the value reached over 20 million euros.
Fashion companies on the stock exchange
Since 1999, BasicNet Group is among the Italian fashion and apparel companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. However, far from the figures reached by some of the leading Italian fashion companies in terms of market capitalization, BasicNet is listed on the so-called Small Cap Index, which includes companies with a limited market capitalization. In fact, the group’s market capitalization reached a value of approximately 245 million euros at the end of 2023.
