As of 2023, the automotive market in the United Arab Emirates was led by Toyota with a market share of 28.4 percent of new car sales. The best selling car model during that year was the Nissan Sunny.

According to projections, this value will slightly decline by 2023 to 3.98 billion U.S. dollars, considering that the average price of passenger cars in the United Arab Emirates was around 28 thousand U.S. dollars.
