Hospital customer satisfaction index in South Korea 2023
In 2023, the mostly highly rated hospital in South Korea in terms of customer satisfaction was the Severance Hospital in Seoul, with 85 out of 100 points. While some hospitals or medical centers ranked more highly than others, all received a fairly high score, ranging from 79 to 85 points out of 100. Many of them were university hospitals.
