Italy: consumers' preference of Italian fruit or exotic fruit in restaurants 2017
This statistic presents the results of a survey attempting to find out whether Italian consumers would like to find only Italian fruit or also exotic fruit in restaurants as of January 2017. During the survey period it was found that over 50 percent of respondents favoured restaurants that only offered national products.
