In 2022, over 92 percent of the respondents to a survey conducted in Italy were satisfied about the continuity of service of the electricity supply in their house. In comparison, only 57 percent of the respondents were satisfied about the information received on the electricity supply service. The degree of satisfaction for the overall service decreased in 2022 compared to 2019.
