Commercial vehicles accounted for a share of 4.4 percent in total operating vehicle fleet across India in fiscal year 2020. India’s automotive market was dominated by two-wheelers and passenger vehicles. Small and mid-sized car sales accounted for about 13.4 percent of around 3.2 million vehicles in terms of sales in 2020.
