In 2022, revenue derived from transit advertising contributed 40.9 percent of all advertising generated from out-of-home (OOH) advertising in South Korea. Billboards contributed an additional 37.2 percent. It is forecast that these two types of advertising will continue to make up the largest share of OOH advertising revenue.
