This statistic shows the share of marketeers with customer knowledge in the Netherlands in 2016, by source. Respondents were asked to answer the survey question: "Which sources do you use to gain customer knowledge?". As of 2016, roughly 30 percent of the Dutch respondents used social media as a source to gain customer knowledge.
