During a 2023 survey fielded among adults in the United Kingdom, gauging their perception of advertising, it was found that 53 percent of respondents aged 18 to 34 stated that they trusted cinema advertising. Cinema was the most trusted medium among this age group. The most trusted medium among 35 to 54 year-olds was TV.
